How much do I need to earn to be sponsored?

I am currently on student visa and i have completed my masters degree in electrical engineering. I got an offer to work as a retail manager and they agreed to sponsor me. What is minimum salary that I need to have in order to be eligible for skilled worker visa. Is it 10.10 per hour or 25,000 annually. My age is 27.
