I am from India. I am 43. I am an international business consultant. I have been in the UK under HSMP during 2006 to 2013. However due to overstay, I was removed/deported by the UKBA I'm May 2013.I came back to India and kept continuing my previous business of international trading. I work as a consultant for the exporters and importers. Since 2014 to 2017 I have been in Schengen countries several times and have never broken the immigration laws. However, recently in 2018 I applied for Schengen visa from German embassy to attend a trade fair and I was given fake documents ( hotel booking and air tickets) by the visa agent. As a result of which, German Embassy rejected my visas.Now the reality is, I want to apply for the UK visitor visa.
