I Had Gotten Rcos Assigned To Me 30th January But I Asked Them To Withdraw They Told Me That They

I had gotten rCoS assigned to me on 30th January but I asked them to withdraw. They told me that they have withdrawn my COS and even UKBA have mailed them saying same. But my new employer hasn't been able to issue rCOS on my name as it's still coming live. I contacted UKBA and they told me my sponsor should contact them but they said they did what they had to do and they should contact on my own. I am in fix as I don't understand what's happening. Should I take legal help? What are possible solutions?
