I would like to make an inquiry about ILR Residency Period. I am an EU National. I first entered the UK and was officially registered on November 11 2017. But I have been away and returned fully on August 13 2018. Based on this scenario, when will I be qualify to apply for the Permanent Settled (Indefinite Stay).

Thank you for your enquiry.

There are 180 days allowable absence in the continuous 12-month period prior to an ILR application and it appears you may have exceeded this amount. The Home Office have given consideration to the impacts of the pandemic through the Covid Visa Concession Scheme (CVCS). We would need to discuss with you whether any concession may apply in your circumstances.
