I need your help answering some of my questions below: I first came to uk on 26th June 2004 as a studentAnd left the country on 21st November 2009 as my studies finished and my visa was expiring on 30th November 2009.I called home office croydon as to what visa extension I shall apply as my final MBA results were to be declared in February 2010. I was advised to leave the country and reapply from overseas once your results are announced.I reapplied from Pakistan after results were announced, as at that time uk embassy was based in Abu Dhabi so it took a while to receive the visa and documents back home in Pakistan.I got tier 1 Psw visa stamped 9th may 2010 but I received the documents around 20th may 2010 due to embassy based outside Pakistan.I booked the ticket and flied back to uk.
