Is one room enough to satisfy the accommodation requirement?

Sir my husband is living in UK since 6 months and having a skilled work visa. He wants to apply for me as a spouse visa, but issue is he has accomodation for single person , but his owner has given him written consent that I can stay with him in this apartment for 2 months. Is this suitable accomodation for applying UK spouse visa.
