My 13 year old US citizen son's Tier 4 student visa to attend high school as a boarding student (CAS issued ) has been rejected because "the NY office claims to not have received requested documents (1. Parental permission and 2. guardianship support) within 3 days despite these having been emailed to them within 24-48 hours of their request. What are my options now? Should one request an administrative review or seek representation right away?
