My husband been deported.we apply for visa but they refuse because home office say that they don’t believe us that this married is real (which is not true there is no evidence ) we Appel and we got court in October in immigration tribunal but they still deport my husband .We spend like 6k on solisitors and nothing .just need advice how to bring him back and challenge the home office decision .
