My kids have been granted settled status in April 2021 . We all would like to apply for a British citizenship

My husband and I have a settled status in December 2020. My kids have been granted settled status in April 2021 . We all would like to apply for a British citizenship. My question is - Do we need to wait for our children to have 1 year after the settled status ( which will be in April 2022 ) or my husband and I can apply after December 2021 for the whole family. Thank you!
