My wife is on a tier 2 ICT dependent visa (short term) and also a masters student in university of Kingston. She delivered a baby 2 weeks ago in the UK. What are the prospects for her to remain in the UK with the baby considering her present situation. Her current tier 2 visa expires end of August 2016.
