Pre-settled Status to Settled Status

I got pre-settled status in 2019, but I live in the UK from July 2016. So, as I have more than 5 years living here I think I'm already able to switch from pre-settled to settled status. I was trying to apply via the official online platform but there is no option to for that. So how can I apply to switch? Thanks.
