What evidence do I need to provide for a Spouse Visa?

I am British citizen and wanted to bring my husband from Germany. I have a marriage certificate which is given to us by Afghan embassy in Germany. Will the home office accept that marriage certificate?

As long as the marriage certificate is evidence of a legally recognised marriage, you should be able to use this for your application. You should note however, that Islamic marriages are not necessarily considered in the same way.
