What options do I have if my asylum application is refused?

My husband has just been refused asylum. Can he appeal under Article 8 Family life? Home Office also considered this route along with other routes, but we didn't provide any evidence except NHS Certificate from 2022 which was less than 2 years required. He joined us in 2008 and we've been living together since then. Because he had no rights and is stateless (no passport) he couldn't register anywhere, so no official proof, only some people who knew us could confirm. Do we have any options?
