I don't normally take the time to write reviews, but I was so happy with the assistance Sanae and the team gave us in our recent settlement application. Sanae listened very carefully to our unique situation and gave us really helpful guidance. The whole team was very careful and thorough with the documentation, and even helped to secure a priority appointment when there were not many available. We had a quick and positive result and I am sure that Sanae's help is what made the difference. Highly recommended and I will use OTS again!
