I would like to say a massive 'Thank you' to OTS solicitors, especially Saida Ahmed, our case worker. She reinstated faith in us when we were very close to giving up on ever being able to bring our parents to the UK. I met Nollienne Alparaque back in 2019, as she had successfully helped one of our family friends secure their mother’s immigration appeal before the First Tier Immigration Tribunal.
