Replacement BRP, missing documents – Citizen of India

I want to sincerely thank OTS Solicitors and especially Hans Son Appadu for helping me with an Immigration question. First, OTS are a really caring company, they were able to give me an 'emergency' slot within 2 hours from calling them. The matter was urgent as I had a visa appointment the following day and was stressed about some documents I realised I was missing. Second, Hans is a most wonderful person who clearly knows Immigration rules and practices so was able to advise me well and reassure me on my case. Hans really went out of his way to help in me in a very stressful situation and he was right on the outcome. I will definitely be using OTS when I consider applying for an ILR. Thank you guys!
