As a tenant signing a 24 month contract on a new property with a garden but having not moved in to the property yet. The issues is at the time of signing the contract the Garden with trees and hedges gave a large amount of privicy to the property. These trees and hedges have now been removed giving a vastly different amount of privicy and also a different look to the property. Do I as a tenant having not moved in to the property but having signed a contract based of what was seen previously have any rights? Thanks
