Can I apply for my child as a dependent from another relationship?

Hi, my husband holds a tier 2 skilled worker visa, with limited leave to enter. We have two children where one is my son from another relationship, both are below 16 years and we want to apply for dependent visas to join my husband. What documents are needed for the application for my son (step son to main applicant)? Thank you
