Can I get a work visa in the UK?
I am a French resident on holiday in London and lives with my uncle who has a permanent right to stay in the UK. I would like to stay in the UK and work here. I cannot find a job as I need a sponsorship that I cannot find. Would it be easier for me to get a biometric resident permit?

It is unlikely that you would be able to switch to another category of visa from within the UK as a visitor and any application would need to be made out of country. Sponsorship would be one of the options for work however biometric residence permits apply to various other immigration categories.
