Dear SirI have a friend who was married to Portuguese man, who was settled in UK. they had a child who was born in UK. However he divorced her after 3 years. Her child is 5 years now, and her own visa, to stay in UK, runs out in Jan 2019. Can she remain in UK, with her child, via the "parental route" 5 year or 10 year route.your help in this matter would be appreciated very much. Thanks
