Good Evening, Im Syrian British Citizen Living In The Uki Had To Come To The Uk Back In 2012 Because

Good evening, I'm a Syrian British citizen living in the UK.I had to come to the UK back in 2012 because my life was in danger. I succeeded and now 8 years past, i became a British Citizen. My family (brothers and sisters) were not successful to leave Syria back in the days. Eventually we were hoping that the situation might calm down and things could go back to normal. however after numerous calls to Syria to follow-up on my families well-being, I see that the situation kept rolling downhill, going from bad to worse. Recently an area less than a 100 meters from where my home is, got bombed by air strike plus they can hear none stop gunfire at night. Am i able to help free my family from all this never ending war? And get them to safely into the UK? Thank you.

Public Answer

Thank you for your enquiry. We would like to know whether you were granted Asylum and how you came to the UK. If your family members have fear of persecution/thier life, they should seek refuge in their nearest country who are able to provide them with a safe haven. They will also need to meet other requirements. Please contact us on 02039 599123 or info@otssolicitors.co.uk directly if you wish to discuss this further.
