Hello,I have a fixed tenancy agreement of 18 months. I am almost 12 months in and need to vacate the property. I am trying to find a replacement tenant as the landlord is also trying to sell the flat and having frequent viewings so this is scaring prospective tenants away as they do not want the uncertainty of having to leave after 6 months or the intrusion.I am also paying a pretty high rent for the area.Could you please advise whether there is anything I can do to end this tenancy early?Thanks
