Hi, I am a British National, over the past 10 years I have travelled between Peru and the UK, working in the UK when home. I would like to know the best way for my Peruvian boyfriend to come and join me here. I have just arrived back after being out of the country 7 months, I will be returning to work with the same employer I had before. However I do not meet the financial requirements, I myself will be earning £300 per week after tax and NI so that works out less than the required £18,600. My apartment, all bills and food are provided at my workplace so I don't have any outgoings, I don't know if that could be taken into consideration? My boyfriend will work when he arrives to the UK and is currently in employment in Peru. We would like to know what our options are, thank you.
