Hi there. I am currently on Tier 2 General visa, my wife and child are on dependant visas here in the UK. My wife has a full-time employment. We will be eligible for ILR this October. Does my wife need to show money in her account for ILR (to proof she can maintain herself) or a letter from her employer will be enough? If she needs to show money, can I show my bank statements instead for all of us or each of us should show statements separately? And how much money do we need to show in our statements to proof we can maintain ourselves? Thank you so much!

Hi Sir,

we can confirm that there is no maintenance requirement for the Tier 2 ILR. To satisfy your concerns, a member of OTS Solicitors shall be in touch with you to discuss this matter.
