Hi'sir i want to asked you i am stay in UK from 5 years (completed) with my parents i am 23 years old now but i am came to englamd with my mother she was passed all the english test but she is not passed the b1 test so plz can you tell me can i apply for indefinite visa seprately without my mother because now my mother apply for extension visa on her A2 test so plz tell me if i can apply for indifinite visa is it working or not because now i am eligible to pay the taxes . So my queation is that shoul i apply for indifinite visa or for extension? Seprately from my mother because she is not passes her b1 level english test.
