How can my company employ overseas workers?
Hi, If we get approval and setup branch in UK with sole representative visa, will my company be able to hire or recruit people from outside UK to work in this new branch / business setup?

In order to hire overseas workers (including EU nationals not settled in the UK), the company would need to apply for a sponsorship licence.
