In 2ndAugust 2003 My partner have absconded with our daughter who was born in 17th May 1997. When I met my partner in January 1992 I was married to my wife and we had a daughter who was born in 22 April 1989 and my marriage was dissolved because of my relationship in question with my absconded [2nd] partner. When I met my 2nd Partner, I was told consistently by her and later meeting her parents that her parents were Romanian descended Germans. After absconding she played a very wicked cat and mouse chase with me with the help of large flock of people of which included [social workers, police officers, psychiatrists, religion clerks etc]. She gave me a very hard time at first with her absconding and later I was told about her drug addiction and her contracting HIV-Aids and so on. In January
