My Employer Agreed To Flexible Working In March 2019 But Stated In My The Letter New Terms Agreed

My employer agreed to flexible working in March 2019 but stated in my the letter 'new terms agreed represent a temporary variation to your contract of employment and will be reviewed on a regular basis'. The reviewed in June 2020 and 4 weeks ago advised my flexible working was being withdrawn. Can you advise if they are able to do this?
