My husband has let the home office know we are divorcing. We have only signed the first forms 2 weeks ago. I am a dependent on his Tier 2 visa. I received a letter that I must return to South Africa by 28th April with no right to appeal. How to I start a judicial review. I need to finalize the divorce & financial order before I leave as I have a 5 year old South African child. I am sure the financial order will end up with us having to go to mediation.
