What can I do if my visa gets refused?

I am in tier 2 visa (3years) My daughter born in the UK. My partner is illegal here but we have been married together in the UK. I have applied for skilled worker dependent visa for both but got refused. Now I am applying for my daughter based in article 8, family route. Is there any option for my husband?
