When can I apply for naturalisation after obtaining ILR?

Hi, I have ILR which was granted March 2023. My application was done by your company. I have been employed in the UK full-time since 2018 (before ILR, I had Skilled Worker/ Tier 2 visa). I passed Life in the UK test when applying for ILR. Have a few questions: 1) When would I be eligible to submit my application for citizenship? 2) Do I need to retake Life in the UK or any English requirement tests?

Usually, 12 months need to have passed after obtaining ILR. Based on the information provided, you may be eligible in March 2024. The rules are different if you are married to a British national. In terms of the tests, we would need to see these prior to advising however the LiUK test does not need to be retaken. Please contact us on 02039599123 or click here
