When my dad applied for asylum and became a refugee I was under 18 so I am a dependant of him. There are no safety problems for me in my home country and due to health problems I need to go back as my doctor is in my home country and have a surgery in there. Would it be a problem for me if I go to my country, have my surgery and come back to the UK?
