Hi, I have recently been given a conditional caution by the law, and our visa is due for renewal/update in July. The application for a Skilled Worker Visa is starting in April. We strongly believe our application will be rejected by the Home Office, and we want to consult a lawyer if there is a way we can get our visa without any impact.
