I was dealing with refusal of the residency and had already had lost one case at court when i met Hans from OTS. From the moment he opened a few pages of my paperwork and started to understand my case i knew he would get me my residency back. Long story short now i am a British citizen and waiting for my first English passport to arrive.Hans is detailed professional who takes your case not only in to his hands but heart too especially when he is able to help the case. And even if there is something he can’t help you with (not in my case though)he gives you the best advise how to move forward. Highly recommend Hans at OTS.

I met Nollienne Alparaque back in 2019, as she had successfully helped one of our family friends secure their mother’s immigration appeal before the First Tier Immigration Tribunal.
