Can I switch from a Student Visa and apply for a Sponsorship Licence?
I am contacting you regarding sponsorship issues and tenancy inquiries. I am on a student visa (graduating this year) and my partner is on a skilled worker visa working as a chef. We are both Thai and have found a place we would like to takeover and would like some help and advice about the lease and contact etc. Another important area we need help about is my partner’s sponsorship. I have been given advice to apply for a sponsorship license once I start trading - will it be ok for my partner to not have a sponsor during that gap? We need help regarding applying for one as well.
