Dear Sir Madam, two Small Questions Before Visiting You 1 Recently Our Tier 2 Sponsorship License Got

Dear Sir / Madam,Two small questions before visiting you. 1. Recently our Tier-2 sponsorship license got suspended due to few reasons. And now our company responded with our answers and supportive documents about three weeks ago. Still we didn't hear anything from UKVI. How long will it take for a decision? 2. Two of my friends applications were processing during their visit and as a result of the suspension, both of them are on hold now. If the license is unfortunately revoked, will they send the passports back to them to try a new sponsor or will they send them to the airport as their visa is over by now? (Both their visa expired by now [They applied for the extension] )Thank You!Nice to hearing from you.

Public Answer

Thank You for your enquiry.

Without knowing the details of the suspension, it is not possible to comment how long it will take the Home Office to come back to them.

If the licence is revoked, the pending Tier 2 applications will be refused and the migrants will be issued with letters informing them they should leave the country.

We will be in touch with you shortly to see how we can help you further.
