How to I negotiate an early surrender from a tenancy?
I have a one year fixed term with no break clause but due to change in my job location I have to vacate the house, now the LL is asking me to pay the rent for the full term and also half of the fees that he has spent on securing a new tenant. My question is how do I legally avoid to pay the rent for the remaining term
