I have been tenant for more 9 months with same agency and before my tenancy ended,I talked with them and we agree to move to the other flat on December but never happened cos the new flat was not ready than they text me again ; hi Arian we will come Monday (06.01.2020) to sign the new contract and Tuesday you will be ready to move to the new flat,but Monday no one come to sign the new contract and next day the text me : oh sorry but you need to provide again all your documents,and than we can prepare the new contract for you “. Can they do this ??
