I have been on Tier 2 visa for 2 years now and this is my third. Ia m working as a researcher in one of the universities in UK. I have had an offer for a visiting lecturer for a month from a university in Saudi Arabia. Since there will be a contract signed with them and a work visa has to be issued from their side I had to ask....Am I eligible with my current immigration status to take that offer and accept their invitation Oris that a breach of my Tier 2 visa.Appreciate if you help me with this question. Thank you
