Shaima Tahir is a Paralegal at OTS Solicitors with practical experience in litigation case work, particularly possession proceedings and related property disputes.

Shaima supports solicitors with the progression of litigation and dispute resolution matters, including preparing pre-action correspondence, witness statements, court applications and hearing bundles. She has experience reviewing contracts, mortgage documents and client correspondence, as well as liaising professionally with clients, counsel, opposing parties and expert witnesses.

Her previous experience also includes supporting immigration applications and taking initial instructions from clients with sensitive or vulnerable circumstances.
