I went to meet Hans, as recommended from a close family friend, two days before the deadline of my residence permit application. Almost having no hope and chance left after being refused once from home office, lost the court and was refused to appeal again, Hans’ clear understanding of my case gave me hope. He worked the whole day just for my case as he saw how desperate I was and tried to get all the documents ready in a day just in time before the deadline.
