Emma Wagner Double

Emma Wagner Double is a Legal Services Officer at OTS Solicitors. She holds a First Class Honours degree in Law with Criminology from the University of Sussex.

Emma has gained practical experience in divorce and family law, supporting matters involving divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements and domestic abuse under solicitor supervision. Her experience includes conducting legal research, drafting clear client correspondence, supporting client meetings and maintaining accurate and confidential case files.

She has also assisted with Mental Health Tribunal matters, including reviewing clinical records, preparing hearing bundles and communicating sensitively with clients, families, medical professionals and tribunal officials.

Emma brings an empathetic, organised and client focused approach to her work. She is committed to helping clients understand the legal process while providing dependable support to the solicitors and wider team at OTS.
