Since joining OTS Solicitors, she has demonstrated consistent growth. Beginning as a Legal Services Officer, she supported senior solicitors with case preparation, client care, and administrative processes. Her dedication, strong communication skills, and legal acumen quickly saw her entrusted with greater responsibility, transitioning into a fee-earning role, currently focused on personal immigration services.

Prior to OTS, Reshmi gained valuable experience at Wimbledon Solicitors and UK Immigration Help Ltd, where she supported on immigration, family, and landlord and tenant cases. These roles equipped her with strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Reshmi now combines this broad foundation with her client-focused immigration practice at OTS, while preparing to take the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) soon with the goal of qualifying as a solicitor soon.

Languages & Personal Interests

Reshmi is fluent in Bengali and has a strong understanding of Urdu, enabling her to build strong relationships with international clients. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and exploring new restaurants with friends.
