What The Law Actually Is …And Not What The Headlines Would Lead You To Believe

In this section of our website we would like to introduce you to who we are, what this section of our website aims to provide, and how it will benefit you, your organisation, and the legal community as a whole.

OTS Solicitors is the brainchild of two passionate legal professionals, Oshin Shahiean and Teni Shahiean who by day routinely engaged in legal battles on behalf of their clients and by night are publishing articles and updates on the law. They are primarily driven by their desire to explain what the law actually is, and not what the headlines would lead us to believe.

Teni Shahiean is the principal of the firm, and Legal 500 recommended lawyer. She has a thriving Immigration and Employment practice, and advises both individuals and businesses on contentious and non-contentious matters daily. She conducts her own advocacy and is accredited as a Senior Advisor for her specialist Immigration knowledge by the Law Society.

Oshin Shahiean is an LLB and MA graduate, who is a qualified solicitor with senior Immigration supervisor status awarded to him by the Law Society. He has many years of experience in Immigration Law, Human Rights Law, and Litigation in both the Immigration Asylum Chambers and the high court. Oshin has worked for some of the countries leading Legal 500 firms, such as Gulbenkian Andonian, Duncan Lewis, and Lawrence Lupin Solicitors.

Our qualified solicitors and barristers will provide their views, and discuss legal issues in this section of the site. The site provides news and updates in connection to Immigration Law, EU Law, Employment Law, judicial review, Human Rights, Litigation, corporate law and Public Law.

OTS Solicitors is also available for training engagements – We provide tailored courses to your organisation's needs, and we’ve spoken at conferences, in-house training days, and provided human resources, Employment and Immigration consultancy services.
