Solicitor in Training

Tia has experience in family/spouse visas, naturalisation matters, and other immigration matters. Her work and dedication has resulted in many successful outcomes in various of her practice areas, including applications for Indefinite Leave to Remain, Visitor Visas, Partner Visas and applications for British Citizenship. She has completed her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at the University of Leicester in 2020 and successfully finished the Legal Practice Course at BPP University in 2021 to Distinction level, whilst has also completing her LLM in Legal Practice (Solicitors).

Tia has developed her skills and expertise in Immigration Law, Landlord & Tenant Law and Family Law, working alongside other fee-earners to achieve positive outcomes for her clients. When a client first interacts with OTS, Tia has a mission to provide them with a good experience. She understands how to create a positive client experience and knows that understanding and communicating effectively is the best way to meet the client’s needs.
